This policy applies solely to personal data collected via our marketing website. It does not cover the processing of patient data or health information in our clinical platform, which is governed separately.
2. What we collect and why
When you fill in a form on our site, we collect your name, email address, any job title and organisation, and the free text you write yourself.
We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type and page views, via cookies and analytics tools.

3. Who we share the data with
We never sell your personal data. We may share it with technical subprocessors, for example CRM and email platforms, all of which are established within the EU/EEA and bound by data processing agreements. We also disclose data to authorities where we are legally required to do so.

5. Your rights
You have the right at any time to request access to, correction or erasure of your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to withdraw a consent you have given, to request data portability, and to restrict how we process your data.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption and access control. In the event of a personal data breach, we notify IMY within 72 hours.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or with a clear notice on the site at least 30 days in advance.
